How Much is my item worth?
A lot. Or not. To determine the value of an antique, we need to appraise it. Appraisals take time, and time equals money. We will be happy to appraise your item for a fee of $30.00 an hour.
How much was item# XXX sold for?
Sorry, but our store policy is not to disclose prices of sold items.
I found an antique in my basement/attic. Can you help?
We can. Appraisals at Gilai Collectibles cost $30.00 an hour. We will provide you with a certified appraisal, and an item authentication document.
Would Gilai Collectibles be interested in buying an antique from me?
Maybe. Our collection is based on our family's personal collection. We rarely buy items, but if it is a rare piece, and it fits into one of our categories, we may consider purchasing it from you. We cannot consider items unless you provide an asking price.
When will my order arrive?
FedEx/EMS takes 3-4 Business Days, Standard Mail is longer and takes 10-20 Business Days
What if my order arrives damaged?
Buying at our shop is risk free. We take great pride in our detailed descriptions and high resolution pictures which showcase our items. We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on all of our items. In the rare occasion that our item was mistakenly described and therefore did not meet your expectations, please let us know. Upon further review, we will authorize you to ship the item back to us. We will then refund your credit card (excluding taxes, shipping and handling charges, and as long as it is returned in its original condition).
