Ornate mahogany and brass level made by Atkin & Sons. 20 cm long with a long (7 cm) bubble vial, perfectly aligned. Atkins & Sons was established in 1839 in Birmingham. In 1900 it became Atkins & Sons LTD. They went out of business in the 1960s.
