A Luxurious early 19th Century Dental Scaling and Hygiene Set. This is a rare antique, high quality, complete dental set for manual calculus debridement (scaling) was made in England. The set consists of nine steel scaling tools with baluster stems and a common mother of pearl handle. The set comes in its original fitted case lined with red velvet. The interior of the case’s lid has a small mirror, which retains its original decoration. A similar set appears on page 30 of David J.
