A one inch Brass Bullnose Plane with a fine Rosewood handle. The body measures 3.5 inches. The blade is inscribed THOS IBBOSON WARRENTED. Thos Ibbotson and Co was established in 1814 in Sheffield Thomas Ibbotson as a manufacturer of Joiners' tools. The company was taaken over by Marples in 1905
