Antique silver pin-tray with tortoise-shell bottom. A plain flared rim encircles this magnificent pin tray and the full hallmarks and the makers' mark are stamped on the rim. The round bottom (7 cm in diameter) is made of one piece of thick tortoise shell decorated with pique work made of inlaid silver cartouche adorned with ribbons. The tray was made in London in 1919 by Collett & Anderson.
