Bronze Bar Kochba Coin (Year 132 CE). This rare and important coin was minted during the first year of the Jewish revolt against Rome (year 132/133 CE). Obverse side: Palm tree with seven branches and two bunches of dates, and the Hebrew inscription – Elazar the Priest. Reverse side: Bunch of grapes hanging from a branch and a small leaf attached. Around is the Hebrew inscription – Year One of the Redemption of Israel. Reference: Hendin 681 version A.
