Prutah of Hasmonean Alexander Jannaeus. 103-76 BC, King of Judea. Obverse side: Inverted anchor within circle and partial Greek inscription ALEXANDROU BASILEWS (Alexander the king). Reverse side: Star of eight rays, between the rays is the Hebrew inscription (King Alexander Year 25). Diameter about 15mm. Reference: Hendin 471.
