This is a boxed stereoscope made of metal with Kershaw Optics. This stereoscope was used to view aerial photography in 3D. Aerial photogrammetry is mainly used to produce topographical maps and terrain models. The optical unit consists of Kershaw prismatic binoculars, type TL.2 with focal adjustment for each eye. All optical parts, mirrors and metal support and adjustments are in good conditions. The wood box is in very good condition with the original leather handle. The metal catches are a little rusty but work perfectly. The original key is also included. The lock works perfectly. The stereoscope is heavy. Special shipping costs apply.
