Silver Folding Pocket Knife by Thomas Turner 1948. A two bladed knife with silver case hallmarked Sheffield 1948 TT & Co. The blades are stainless steel marked on the tang ‘Stainless Thos. Turner’ ‘Sheffield England’ comes with original leather case. Length when closed 7.5 cm (3 inches). Thomas Turner was first listed in 1853 in 1865 "& co" as added to the name. The square hallmark as on this knife was used between 1920 and 1959.
